CorkBIC has designed a half day information session to support each of the Competitive Start Fund calls (CSF) in 2018.

CSF, an Enterprise Ireland initiative, is designed to accelerate the growth of start-up companies that have the capability to become High Potential Start-Up's (HPSU) Companies. HPSU's are start-up businesses with the potential to develop an innovative product or service for sale on international markets and the potential to create 10 jobs and €1m in sales within 3 to 4 years of starting up. 

Each of the Irish BIC’S will deliver this program in their region with the objective of informing potential applicants of the process and approach required to increase success.

Programme Structure 

This programme will offer CSF applicants a deep understanding of the CSF process and Enterprise Ireland's requirements to increase chances of success in the application process. It consists of a half day workshop (on April 17th) and 3 one hour “Ask Me Anything” sessions the following week.

Programme Components

Develop an understanding of the CSF application process and have a clear understanding of the various elements of the application including the video pitch segment. A step by step guide of the application form including the financial and marketing components. 

Experienced presenters will touch on the do's and don’ts of a successful application process. 

Application Criteria

All CSF applications must be made via the Enterprise Ireland online application system during call open dates. All applications are subject to review and will be determined based on their HPSU eligibility.
