It's with considerable pleasure that we present our 21st Commemorative Report. This report outlines the activity and achievments of the BICs in Ireland since 1988.
The Irish BICs provide intensive services to higher-potential pre-start-up and early stage entrepreneurs. These services include incubation space, seed capital, business planning, risk minimization and just-in-time knowledge all delivered through a distinctive private/public partnership approach.
