VoiceSage creates 25 Dublin jobs

AxisBIC client VoiceSage is to create 25 jobs in Dublin as part of a €7m investment. The jobs will cover the areas of software engineering, R&D and customer support.

The opening of VoiceSage’s new Dún Laoghaire office is part of the company’s aggressive growth strategy.

Despite the global recession, VoiceSage has achieved outstanding growth of over 300pc in each of the past two years.

“Today’s opening of our Dún Laoghaire office is yet another sign of the strong growth that VoiceSage is experiencing,” said founder JJ Kett, chief executive officer of VoiceSage.

“In recent months, we have won significant new clients that include some of the world’s top blue-chip companies. Our Dún Laoghaire office is an important part of our strategy as we look to continue our aggressive internationalisation and growth strategy.”

Operating in the Communications Enabled Business Process (CEBP) market sector, VoiceSage has developed cutting-edge technology that automates and improves customer communications and interaction processes.

This technology allows VoiceSage clients to generate key data metrics in real-time, thereby improving cash flow, increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing logistical efficiency.

VoiceSage’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology, which has been fully developed in Ireland, uses a low-cost, high-impact voice messaging system that allows clients to easily record their own telephone messages, which is then delivered to customers through an interactive voice messaging system.

The technology allows clients to automate labour-intensive processes such as debt collection, customer deliveries, customer surveys, appointment management and the reduction of inbound call traffic to contact centres.
