The Companies Act 2014 (the “Act”), which will become operative on 1 June 2015, overhauls the existing legislation and introduces a number of new and innovative concepts including two new company types.
At this session Adrian and Kieran will:
- provide you with a brief overview of the new types of companies under the Act;
- explain the conversion process required to be undertaken by all existing private companies;
- identify any new and important provisions that will affect companies; and
- outline any changes to directors’ duties under the Act.
