Launcing the 2013 Entrepreneur Experience®

24 Emerging Entrepreneurs; 24 Seasoned Entrepreneurs; 24 Hours;

The Call went out today for 24 Energetic Entrepreneurs who want to gain unparalleled access and advice from 24 of Ireland’s most successful Business leaders during 24 hours in Kinsale in March 2013.

Today AxisBIC launched the 2013 Entrepreneur Experience®, the third Entrepreneur Experience® in as many years. This is a unique opportunity for Emerging Entrepreneurs.

Emerging Entrepreneurs from all over Ireland and beyond are invited to apply. The Entrepreneurs are divided into three groups; Entrepreneurs with a new idea; Entrepreneurs with an investor ready proposition, and Entrepreneurs with an established business seeking to scale and grow. Participation in this event looks at broadening perspectives, reaffirming key values, accelerating business growth and benefiting from the vast experience of the Seasoned Entrepreneurs.

Last year there were Emerging Entrepreneurs from Ireland, Spain, the US and New Zealand and this year we have interest expressed from as far away as China and India.

Speaking at the launch, Gillian Keating, Vice President of Cork Chamber said “Events like the Entrepreneur Experience are crucial for Ireland’s economic future. Entrepreneurs share many common backgrounds, business and personal characteristics and never has there been a greater need to bring these Entrepreneurs together to assist them to overcome the barriers and difficulties they face in establishing and growing successful businesses.”

Participating at the launch were some of the past participants at the Entrepreneur Experiences in 2011 and 2012 including; Jim Barry of the Barry Group, Frankie Whelehan, Choice Hotels and Dave Ronayne, Mainport from the extensive list of Seasoned Entrepreneurs and Mark Buckley, Glowroute, Paul Prendergast, Yougetitback, and David McCarthy of IncidentControlRoom from the Emerging Entrepreneurs.

The third Entrepreneur Experience® will take place over 24 hours, from Friday the 22nd to Saturday 23rd of March 2013 at the Trident Hotel, Kinsale, Co. Cork.
