ViClarity clears the path ahead with an investment of €400,000
21 February 2012 – ViClarity (formerly YouComply) has secured a substantial investment of €400,000 through AxisBIC Business Angel Partnership and Enterprise Ireland. ViClarity, based in the Kerry Technology Park, Tralee and founded in 2008, will use the investment to boost sales and marketing for their products as well as growing their staff over the next two years.
ViClarity, who recently rebranded themselves from YouComply, is a performance management and compliance company that delivers a very unique service to track and monitor performance in an organisation. Their automated system collects and verifies performance/compliance data and enables managers to view performance in real time from a single dashboard. ViClarity provides pre-configured solutions across the Healthcare, Retail Management, Risk Management, Enterprise Development and Health & Safety industry sectors.
Making the announcement, Ogie Sheehy, CEO and founder of ViClarity, said: “This investment enables us to target key markets in Ireland, the UK and further afield as well as creating more jobs. ViClarity was recently shortlisted in Munster for the Ulster Bank Achiever Awards for 2011 and was also Regional Finalist in the Intertrade Ireland Seedcorn Competition in 2010”.
Leading companies such as Boston Scientific, RTE, The Barry Group, Dublin City University – The Ryan Academy and Allianz use ViClarity to manage performance and compliance aspects of their businesses. Most recently ViClarity closed one of their most significant contracts yet with one of the biggest healthcare providers in the UK, MHA. This large scale opportunity paves the way for ViClarity to become the preferred compliance management suppliers to the Healthcare industry both in Ireland and the UK.
